4-unit affordable housing development coming to Apopka Florida.

The Henderson Community Builders groundbreaking ceremony was held yesterday. Weeks Architecture and Design is the architect of record for the 4-unit multifamily development.

The development is located on the corner of West 10th Street and Marvin C. Zanders Ave in Apopka.
Four affordable housing units. Each unit is 2400 square feet gross and 2000 square feet air conditioned. Each unit is promised to go to an existing resident of Apopka
